This is the Appropriation Ordinance appropriating the

sum of Eight million one hundred and sixty-seven thousand one hund-

red and two Dollars for the Public Service of the year 1914. It is

in the usual form applicable to Appropriation Ordinances,

Section 1 of the Ordinance is formal

Section 2 of the Ordinance the sum of Eight million one

hundred and sixty seven thousand one hundred and two Dollars is

charged on Revenue and other funds of the Colony for the service

of the year 1914, to be expended in manner shewn in the Table imme-

diately following the Section.

In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency

the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on

His behalf.
